This lovely apartment has one bedroom, one large open kitchen and livingroom space and connecting loft area, that us used for sleeping as well. The loft are cannot be closed from any side and is connecting bedroom and living room. You will enjoy brand new bathroom, spacious and fully equipped kitchen and the location just cannot be better!

Please note there is no lift in the building and therefore you will have to walk up 5 levels of stairs.

Dear guests, due to Czech accommodation policy law we are obliged to inform you in advance about our unified and fixed fee 4€ per night and person which will be paid once at check-in in cash.

The fee of 4€ consists of:
– City fee: Approx 1€ (21 CZK)
– Administrative fee: 1.5€
– Accounting fee: 1.5€

You will receive a proper receipt.

For invidiual situations we can allow payment for this fee by card via Airbnb, but in this case you can be charged with an extra cost. Without the payment of this fee it is not possible to accommodate you. If you need more details, please contact us BEFORE you confirm the reservation.

Personal check-in after 22.00 (10 PM) is for an extra charge of 20€. You can always use a self check-in option for free of course.
